The bedrooms each feature a plush queen bed with a dream inducing feather top, draped in luxurious Comphy Sheets. Step outside and relax on your private deck with beautiful views of Palisades Mountains where you can see the Hot Air Balloons rise atop the valley in the morning. With a free shuttle ride or a short walk you'll find yourself in Downtown Calistoga surrounded by fine dining, world class wineries, pampering health spas, and boutique shopping. New furnishings inside and out. Accommodates 4 guests.

Host (Kate) was terrific. House had some unexpected maintenance issues while we were there, causing us to be relocated. She can’t control the unexpected, and she handled the transition as best as possible.

A wonderful stay!

Decided to go to Calistoga for a little getaway. Kate, the owner, was very accommodating and communicated so well. She was wonderful! The house was the cleanest rental I've been in and the most comfortable. I will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

Such a clean and quiet neighborhood. The check in process was so simple. The owners clearly have cleanliness and safety in mind. Plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. Great kitchen! And a lovely outside deck to enjoy the fresh air. Highly recommend!

Clean Convenient place

The place was clean and in a convenient location. Couches were uncomfortable, no cleaning supplies to wash dishes, and uncertain of check-out instructions. Minor things but a good stay over all

Great place in Calistoga for a long weekend

Two friends shared the Aurora House with 2 bedrooms and one bath. We prefer to eat in for breakfast and dinner - the kitchen was a must for us. We didn't use the outdoor deck or seating as it was too chilly for us. Road noise is there but not noticeable in the bedrooms as they're on the backside of this freestanding unit. Dedicated parking for the house is convenient. Comfortable living room furniture and cozy beds.

Lovely cottage

The cottage was lovely and easy. Parking, free shuttle, spotless, easy check in and out. Couldn’t ask for more and I manage vacation rentals so the details really matter to me. Cheers!

Perfect Getaway

Quaint two bedroom had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay in Calistoga. Close to great food, wineries, soaking in hot springs, and hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in Calistoga

Our stay at this house was great. The key to get in wasn't where it was supposed to be when we got there but the on site host answered my call and was there right away with the key so was no issue at all. Friendly staff. Great communication. Clean and comfy house. I would definitely recommend the house and would stay there again.

Plenty to love in Calistoga

Enjoyed our stay at Aurora House. Very clean and comfortable lodging; just as advertised. Even a couple very nice touches like a welcome card, AC on to a comfortable temperature at arrival, and bottled water in the fridge. A very solid VRBO experience!

Perfect Calistoga Cottage

If you need a place to stay in Calistoga, this is the place! Perfect location close to the main street and wineries. The home has everything you need and more. It is spotless and well maintained. We loved the privacy and gorgeous deck to sit out on for meals and sipping on a glass of wine. The communication with the owner was wonderful and she responds immediately to any questions you may have. I will definitely be back again.

This cottage is the perfect spot for a small group getaway to wine country! It's well maintained, and very walkable to downtown Calistoga. We would love to stay again on our next trip!

Lovely Cottage

We had an amazing time in Calistoga and The Aurora House was a big part of it! With the cozy fireplace, good sized kitchen and comfy beds, we had exactly what we needed for our stay. The one and only drawback was the cottage is close to the main highway and there is a bit of road noise. Other than that it was a stellar rental!!!

32 year Anniversary & 2nd Honeymoon worth the wait!

My husband and I never travelled alone together for a week after we were married and quickly started a family! This was worth the wait! Kate makes it so special. It was home away from home. We LOVED the drive from Callistoga to the wineries each day. 20 minutes to downtown Napa is truth nothing. Totally worth it! Each day, you see something new. After a few days, we did miss our bed. But definitely a great place to stay!

Gem in Calistoga

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We had a great time. The house was just perfect for us. Adorable, colorful decor, comfortable furniture and beds, and the fireplace was lovely to have glowing every evening. Very spacious and open floor plan. Excellent location for going to town, but a bit noisy with road traffic. Only bothersome when sitting on the deck. Throw pillows and blankets for cuddling up on cold evenings would have been nice. An assortment of larger glassware other than small juice glasses should be added. Overall, a lovely place to relax for a few days while exploring.
