This charming country-style house is ideal for a great family holiday in Madeira. It has a well-planned layout, spread over two floors, as well as an outdoor space perfect for leisure and entertainment.

As you enter the accommodation, you'll find a large stone living room with rustic and cosy décor, ideal for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen also has a space with a wood-burning oven. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet, offering convenience and functionality for everyone.

On the first floor, there is a suite with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. In addition, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both well lit. To serve these rooms, there is a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The outdoor space is a true leisure haven, with a swimming pool, outdoor shower, solarium deck, barbecue area, dining area and an open garage space for parking.

AREA
This property is located in the far west of the island of Madeira, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, in the municipality of Calheta. As it is in a more isolated area, you won't find any shops in the vicinity of the property. Forty minutes away by car are the famous Porto Moniz swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse. In the town of Prazeres you can find a market and restaurants with typical Madeiran cuisine and a Pedagogical Farm with animals and a tea house. In the municipality of Calheta you can visit the museum housed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the centre of town. There you'll find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
