Enjoy the fantastic views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows in our downtown condo! This 2-bedroom condo is large enough to host 6 guests at at time, since we have a pull out sofa bed in the living room! The condo features an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry, a private balcony patio, high speed internet access and secure, on-site paid parking. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood.

Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

• For everyone’s comfort and in accordance with local regulations, we use a smart noise monitoring system (NoiseAware) that tracks decibel levels — not conversations — to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

5. Please note that lost/stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

. I had a very bad experience. I am travelling with an infant and thought that booking by expedia will maintain its standards. The place was very unhygienic. I do have some photos of hair on bed, utensils not in condition to use, smell in master bedroom. I vacated the condo as soon as I could manage another place to stay.

We stayed for a week to attend the Calgary Stampede and travel to Banff. The check in was a little challenging with prearranged parking in the building and the door code not working. Communication was good with the management and issues were resolved. The facilities were clean, however there are some items that need fixing. Management was aware and they were mostly cosmetic type items. Kitchen was amply furnished. The location was fantastic within walking distance to Stampede grounds, restaurants, and Casinos.

The interior was great; super clean, modern,. and just as advertised. The location was great too; close to shops, restaurants and train. We found the check-in process frustrating, and learned too late that the essential information was in our Upstay "boarding pass". Then when we finally got outside the unit, we struggled with the keyless pad because 1) we had a fob that had a different number on it and 2) it was too dark to see any of the numbers/symbols on the keypad. Other than that, we couldn't hang out at the unit for most of Friday because the water was shut off due to a scheduled repair, but other than that we had a lovely time.

Great location and Spectacular View!

We had a very short one night stay at this great condo. The location is fantastic and close to everything, including a top rated cocktail bar on the main level. Beautifully decorated in every room and super comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location...pics are deceiving

Checking into this property was a rough start. The check-in instructions were missing the code to get into the actual building and missing the code to get into the unit/apartment. We paid for 3 days of parking in the building but could only access the parking spot for 2 days. Many things within the apartment were broken or in terrible condition (mirror in the hallway, missing vanity from bedroom, shelves in the living room close to the windows were falling off the wall, screen was ripped for the screen door, frying pan was unusable it was in nasty condition, towel racks in the bathroom were also falling off the wall), would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch it was extremely hard, the "extra bedding" was 2 blankets and a bare pillow, no extra pillow cases. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit for 5 people for 3 days. Also the table was severely scratched, floors were scratched up and most of the paint/coverings on the cabinets was peeling off. We couldnt use the dishwasher as there was no dishwasher soap/detergent/tabs.The price was advertised in CAD dollars but I was charged in USD. The only highlight of this property was the location.

Great Service But Unit is Tired

3 areas of comment - Location, Unit, Company (booking)Location is central but as we arrived on XMAS day it was unsettling. Lots of homeless and sketchy people as area was closed for 2 days. Did not feel overly safe to walk with my 10 year old and would not let my wife and kid go alone. Aggressive homeless. Also having some kind of guide to where you can get food when you arrive on a holiday would be happy. When the area opened up much better as party goers do not cause me concern. Building is definitely a destination for those who want to club but was overall quiet considering time of year.Unit was tired with a few issues needing addressing. They wanted to but we were unable to accomodate a visit. Beds super super soft, couch hard as a rock. But otherwise as advertised and great view. THings that needed addressing were some towel rocks needing adjusting, shower head leading, attached wall table removed from wall but area not refinished. Nothing that really affected the stay. Otherwise my wife and daughter loved the placeGreat service in terms of communication. Bad service because they convert everything to USD on payment as they are an American property management company. You don't really find this out until you are committed.I would probably book local (Canadian) next timeIt is a good unit and the value (pricing) was fair in the market except 20 parking. Will have to check to see if my deposit was refunded yet as it is a third party billing.
