Breakfast was included however when I checked in was advised that the restaurant was closed so we would have to go to a hotel across the parking lot. The seating was very limited considering 2 hotels were eating breakfast there. Had to eat at a table in the linnet after finding someone to clean a table. They cleared dishes and wiped it with a dry cloth no cleaner etc. the buffet was very limited with roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs as the only hot item. You had to wait though for those items as they brought out a small bowl and after a few people taking food portions you would have to wait again. Another example croissants they would put 6 on the buffet then 10 min later another 6 after people were asking for me. Bacon was at a different part by the bar and not on the buffet and you had to ask for bacon and a person gave you 2 pieces on a plate. Guarded like it was cold. As a 50 year old adult and travelling with 5 others we all felt like we had to beg for food. We chose to not eat at the buffet our other 2 days. We would rather pay for our food as the free breakfast was not worth it.
At check-in. I stated I was travelling with another family and gave their name. I asked if it was possible to have our rooms close by. We booked the same type of room. The employee checked and stated it was possible and said our rooms would be side by side and adjusted what she needed to. When our friend. Checked in they were now given a room on a different floor not by us.
