We are a quiet ranch home that sits on 8 acres with firepit, pond and bar.

Newly remodeled ranch home on 8 acres with all the amenities and a pond. We are private and off the beaten path but within a few minutes of restaurants, shopping, grocery and Wolf Run State Park. Salt Fork, Seneca Lake, The Wilds and the Big Muskie bucket are all a few minutes drive as well. The property includes both indoor and outdoor games, pergola by the pond, firepit, grill and outdoor patio with 6 chairs, table and umbrella. We have a recently added playground with a swingset for kids and a sandbox. Inside the home are 2 fully furnished kitchens, laundry room, bar, living and dining room along with a piano. If you are looking for a quiet property to relax with a great view of the stars on a clear evening this is for you.

We do allow dogs for a $35 fee per pet per stay and we also have been renting for weddings. Book your stay for the desired amount of guests staying then its $750 for the venue rental for the day of the wedding.

We will have tables and chairs to rent in the near future as well along with white tent.

Beautiful property, couldn’t have asked for anything else everything was there. The owners respond super quick! If we could buy the place, we would! The pond and being able to catch and release was definitely an added bonus and made my husband and son extremely happy ! Would recommend to anyone!

Anniversary Trip

Every year my cousin and I get together to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, since we got married 3 weeks apart. This place was a perfect location, with a beautiful view. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. What a great trip!

We checked in on Saturday & left on Tuesday. The house was big enough for our group of 6 1 dog. It was clean & close to "The Wilds' where we spent Sunday. The property listed 4 bedrooms & accommodations for 8. Well, there was actually 2 bedrooms & accommodations 6. I think the owner should change that !

Pictures do not do this beautiful place justice!

We had an amazing stay here. The house and basement is huge. There is basically an apartment downstairs. Everything was decorated beautifully. The lawn and landscaping is so beautiful. The hosts were very responsive. We came from out of state to visit family and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very conveniently located to town as well.

First time booking a place on Vrbo

My family of 7 had a wonderful weekend getaway at this quiet ranch. Jules, our host, was incredibly helpful and made check-in stress-free with prompt communication. The ranch was spotless, well-organized, and had clear notes for everything. The guest map was a hit with my teenagers. The beds were comfortable, and the ranch was well stocked with essentials.The serene setting and spotting a deer added magic to our stay. Highly recommend this ranch for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Thank you, Jules, for your exceptional hospitality!

Stunning property with an excellent host!

First and foremost Jules was an amazing host! She was very responsive, accommodating, kind, and made our stay extra special with a few small touches. The property truly speaks for itself. We had a small wedding and everyone raved over the property. Perfect for seclusion and privacy. We also had really great wildlife experiences. We saw eastern bluebirds, green herons, and our biggest surprise was an excellent sighting of a bobcat. We would love to come back for a relaxing weekend eventually. Truly a memorable stay for all of us.

Dirty and unfinished home, rude owner

I had booked this property for my wedding and let the owner know as well. When we went inside, we were met with a house that was not clean. The owner had said the house was being cleaned that day as someone had stayed that week. However, as we walked around the house the amount of dust and cobwebs everywhere was appalling. The baseboards were filthy with fingerprints and the bathrooms were dusty and dirty as well. We went downstairs and the kitchen refrigerator was full of mold and clearly unusable. The downstairs shower also would not work. Both ovens, upstairs and downstairs, were filthy as well. We messaged the owner with these problems and she stated that she has never had anyone complain. She came over to address the concerns and only spot cleaned some of the areas. We also pointed out that the upstairs flooring by the front door was not finished as the boards were sticking up from the floor. The owner did not fix this and stated that they thought we would be happy they put new flooring in for the wedding. Upon inspecting their socials, this flooring had been in this property for weeks unfinished. This place may not be for you if you want a clean stay and to be able to use all the amenities the property offers. This place may also not be for you if you have any complaints and have family in the area. The owner called one of our loved ones who was not staying at the property, and told her she would call the cops and escort us off the property if we were not happy with it.
