"Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

"Carpet looked about 100 years old. The bath had been painted to cover rust. The noise was horrendous from other guests and also homeless and drug addicts outside. Not to mention opposite the church bells ringing for 3 hours straight. For the price paid its ridiculous and I would definitely not recommend. Ive stayed in far better accommodation for cheaper. Even breakfast would have been an extra 20 pounds. Just disgusting all round and I certainly wouldn't recommend taking children."
