"Although the outside of the building and the street looks abit run down inside couldn’t be more different! Felt very cosy and homely as soon as we arrived. Also very clean and accommodating with cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar etc.. if I had to be picky the 2nd double room is very small! They done well to get a double bed in there! Mattresses are all too soft but I guess that’s personal preferences. The view out to the beach from main bedroom is lovely but due to privacy glass along the...

"Two girlfriends and I had a lovely retreat at Steph and Nikki’s spacious and airy house. We enjoyed the garden, with sofa, table and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. I plan to rebook with my family as it seems like an ideal holiday home if you have small children as the garden is closed off from the road and there’s plenty of space for them to roam around. Thank you Steph and Nikki"

"What an absolute gem of a property. Overlooking the sea, it was ideal. Sightings of seals in the morning was an added bonus. Parking can be tricky, but nothing that the owners don't convey. Highly recommend this any season. We wished it were a bit stormy, as the view is out of this world Thanks Nikki and Stef."

"The property had loads of character, the rooms were all as described and it was well stocked (bathrooms, toys, games/puzzles, kitchen etc) Was perfect for a family weekend getaway for 8 of us. Location was quiet, but we weren’t after a busy town/village on this occasion. Only downside was a slight smell of sewerage or possibly rodent urine in the upstairs bathroom that may be needs looking into. But overall a great stay and everyone enjoyed the property, thank you."

"Beautiful house, perfect for a large family gathering. Down sides: 2 main bedrooms don't have doors, so not ideal if some people want to stay up while others sleep. Biggest gripe; absolutely zero basic provisions (eg tea bags, coffee, milk, salt & pepper etc) which I think it's reasonable to expect at this price. Really not great having to do a half hour round trip to tescos after driving up from brighton, just so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. Feel that the excuse may be covid-related...

"Meadow Cabin is a comfortable, well kept property in a peaceful garden. Enjoyed watching the birds visiting, while drinking early cup of tea. Good position for visiting coast."

"Gorgeous house with very good facilities and lots of space. Every room beautifully decorated and the basement movie / games room provided hours of fun. Lots of great walks on the beach and nearby. Special mention to Peter the maintenance man who went beyond the call of duty to help us out, greatly appreciated. Anyone booking this house, will have a great time, we will be back!."

"This was the perfect place for a family get-together. All the bedrooms are lovely and the lounge/dining areas are perfect for such a large group. The property is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every room is perfectly and evenly heated in the colder weather and wood-burning stoves add a lovely focal point. The owner was friendly and helpful at all times."
