"We recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant visit,with a few areas that could benefit from some attention.On the positive side,the property is in a great location,especially being so close to Caerphilly Castle.The WiFi was reliable throughout our stay,and the heating worked very well,which made it nice and cosy.The space itself is cute and you can see there has been effort put into making it feel welcoming and comfortable.There are just a few maintenance and housekeeping points worth...

"We had a lovely time. Very quiet rural setting. Good but "gnarly" uphill dog walk from the door on a footpath. The road was narrow winding with no pavement so you needed to go by car to go anywhere else.We could have done with some written instructions for some of the appliances (which were all very good) but Helen could not have been more helpful. "Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...
