Vegan options for breakfast and evening meal and good choice of drinks. Mix of shops and coffee shops very close and beautiful setting looking out to the water. Very much enjoyed our stay. We drove to nearby national trust property and to other coastal areas for walks. "

"Fantastic view. I booked it for the gym but as with a lot of hotels, their gym is very basic , old and in need of servicing. It seems they have spent more money on a large TV than on the equipment. Its small and cramped with no free weights Having said that , there was never anyone in it , so either they took one look and left of they dont have the type of cliental that are regular gym goers. "I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away. The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that."
