"We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

"こんにちは。日本人です。私達は10月に3泊しました。最初に思ったのは、場所が良かったことです。私達はSabiha Gokcen国際空港から地下鉄に乗り、Kadıköy駅まで乗り換えなしで到着しました。そこからホテルまでは徒歩で15分くらいでした。ホテルは繁華街にあるので、周辺を散策するのが楽しかったです。美味しそうな飲食店がたくさん存在し、スーパーもあったのでお土産用のお菓子を買うことができました。船着場も近いのですぐ乗ることができて、海を渡っていろんな観光地を訪れました。治安も良いです。ホテルはモダンな雰囲気で、とても清潔でした。部屋の中にコンセントが多いのが良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。私はトルコに来て、チーズとオリーブの組み合わせがとても美味しいことを知りました。そして、ホテルのスタッフ全員が親切でいつも笑顔でした。イスタンブール空港までのシャトルバス乗り場も近いので便利です。自分と同じ日本人で宿泊したい方は、トイレの紙は便器の中に流せないので注意してください。コンセントは変換プラグが必要です。"

"Ich war kürzlich mit meinem Sohn für zwei Nächte im Hotel Address in Istanbul und wir waren rundum begeistert. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir unglaublich herzlich begrüßt, freundlich, aufmerksam und echt zuvorkommend. Dieses Willkommen hat sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt gezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und so gestaltet, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Atmosphäre im Haus, man konnte richtig abschalten. "Fantastic hotel. Room design and smiling service were just perfect. The breakfast spread was a joy every morning. Seems a bit far from Kadiköy at first, but once you walk it you realise that it is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous Kadiköy Terminal. "

"Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. If I could give it 1,000 stars, I would. We actually booked there a second time during the same trip (even though we had other arrangements) because we were so happy during our first stay. Highly highly recommended for anybody exploring Istanbul."
