Ubicada en la Marina, en el corazón de Cabo San Lucas, Marina Cabo Plaza, con su personal amable y experto, ofrece una oportunidad sin problemas para explorar casi todo Cabo San Lucas sin tener que subirse a un vehículo: el centro de la ciudad con restaurantes , bares, discotecas, centros comerciales, etc. está a un tiro de piedra a lo largo del paseo marítimo (Malecón). Un corto paseo de 5 minutos en la otra dirección, a Medano Beach, se embarca en actividades ilimitadas relacionadas con el agua, restaurantes, resorts, clubes, etc. Marina Cabo Plaza, uno de los establecimientos vacacionales originales de Cabo San Lucas, ofrece una experiencia Baja simple, modesta y auténtica para el viajero activo. Esta suite de condominios se encuentra en el 4to piso, que disfruta de una vista increíble de la Marina, ¡todo a un precio muy asequible! El condominio ha sido recientemente remodelado de arriba a abajo y estoy feliz de informar que el producto terminado se ve maravilloso. El condominio es de 420 pies cuadrados y disfruta de un diseño muy abierto.
Si le gusta la idea de estar ubicado en el centro y tener la opción de retirarse a un entorno privado, seguro y sin problemas, este condominio es absolutamente perfecto. Como somos los propietarios, no tenemos costos ocultos, extras o artículos adicionales que normalmente encontraría a través de reservas de resort, tiempo compartido o agentes.

La unidad está bien mantenida y se actualiza constantemente. Estamos ubicados a lo largo de Malcon, el centro de Cabo San Lucas y la playa Medano se encuentran a 5 minutos a pie a lo largo del Malecón y el centro comercial Puerto Paraíso se encuentra a unos 200 metros de distancia.

La unidad mide 420 pies cuadrados y ha sido popular entre los vacacionistas semanales ocasionales. Situado en el lado del puerto del complejo Marina Cabo Plaza, la perspectiva panorámica ideal de esta suite del puerto, el centro y el centro comercial Puerto Paraíso, cuenta con algunas de las mejores vistas privadas de Cabo San Lucas. Esta unidad cuenta con baño completo, patios privados, cama queen size, cocina totalmente equipada, unidad de aire acondicionado comercial, ventilador de techo, cable t. v., techo alto de 12 ', etc.

Si le gusta la idea de estar ubicado en el centro y tener la opción de retirarse a un entorno privado, seguro y sin problemas, esta suite es absolutamente perfecta. Como somos los propietarios, no tenemos costos ocultos, extras o artículos adicionales que normalmente encontraría a través de reservas de resort, tiempo compartido o agentes.

El complejo cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito, pase de estacionamiento de recogida al momento del check-in (depósito de $ 20 por el pase).

Tenemos varios restaurantes / bares en el lugar: Chatitas; Mango Deck Cantina; Sospechosos de siempre

Cartas de pesca en aguas profundas: Redrum (mi favorito personal en Cabo) y Mucho Loco.

Además, tenemos una pequeña tienda de conveniencia (Early Bird Deli) y una farmacia.

We arrived a bit late due to some airline delays, but once we got to the hotel, everything was smooth and easy! Check-in was a breeze—we walked to the front desk, gave our name, and were promptly escorted to our room. The staff gave us a quick rundown of how everything worked, including the stove, TV, fridge, and A/C. They also mentioned that if we needed more fresh water or anything else, we could just call the front desk, and they’d bring it right up.We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been updated since the VRBO listing we saw when booking. The updates were lovely, and everything in the room worked just as expected. The real highlight, though, was the balcony overlooking the marina! It was the perfect spot for enjoying our morning coffee while watching the fishing fleet head out, and later, it was amazing to watch the sunset and unwind after a day of exploring.The location is unbeatable—right on the marina, with an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Whatever you’re looking for is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, offering everything you need for a wonderful stay!.

This unit was clean, well equipped and has amazing views of the marina. The front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and ready to help with any questions or needs. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed on our one week stay.

Great studio with perfect location - walking distance to all the great things in Cabo. If transportation is needed, Uber picks up right in front of property and is quite reasonable. Check in/check out super easy with very friendly front desk gentleman. Clean and a perfect size for two with all the amenities, a charming balcony with a great view of the marina. Great wifi! Thanks Cabo Mike, we will be back!

This place was newly updated, and very comfortable. We loved the balcony particularly with the marina view. Its vicinity to the marina and all the related activities could not be beat.

This property was perfect for us! Beautiful views, great location, and cozy. We did have to walk the stairs because the elevator wasn't working, but we don't mind the exercise.

I booked this room for myself and after a friend found out I was going to Cabo I said come along. We were both so impressed with the unit how it was very comfortable and close to everything in downtown Cabo. However I thought the bed was a queen size bed and it was only a double, so made it A bit uncomfortable to sleep both of us. Check in could’ve been a little bit more friendly, we both felt like we were inconveniencing the clerk at the counter check-in and when we asked wood he show us to the room we felt like we were an imposition to him. When we left the gentleman who was always at the desk at night, I believe his name was Abel went above and beyond what customer service is all about. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. It was also nice to be able to have snorkel gear in the room and the beach was so close to just walk to. Only minor problems, the elevator was broke one day, and the toilet would not flush the second day we were there. Reported to the front desk and was fixed by the end of the day. Did not realize that we were there the week of the tuna tournament which was awesome. We also were able to participate in a turtle release program in San Jose Del Cabo. Even though we were there only four days we both felt we got a lot of things done and saw and did a lot as well. Will certainly bookmark this property for future stays. thank you Mike the unit was beautiful and being on the top floor felt very safe and the view was impeccable

We come to Cabo often and we thought we would try staying at the Marina this trip since we were not renting a car. Perfect location, very clean, 2 beers and waters in the fridge when we are arrived. Has everything you need! We had one tiny AC issues but was resolved very quickly and the owner was right on top of it! We would definitely stay again except we bought our own place while we were there!!

For people who are very active, do scuba, hike, boat, or any activity that doesn't include rest, this is the place. It is clean, the concierge, manager, cleaning women, security are all wonderful! But if you're a senior, like we both are, this place needs a few extras. There is only a bed to sit on, so we dearly missed a loveseat or a couple armchairs. I woke up every day with a bad back ache. Then the television! We got neck aches looking up at it, it was so high up on the wall! But the worse part was the DISH TV reminder that showed up every 20 minutes for 5-7 minutes at a time blocking the screen. Rafael tried to fix it, with no luck. But we loved the Wifi! But seriously, folks, get a barbecue and some armchairs! Thanks!

Cute, modern condo with unbeatable view in a great location. Perfectly priced. Even when we had a minor issue, the owner was responsive and took care of it immediately. Shower water pressure is a bit weak, so be aware if it is an issue for you (only reason I didn't go for 5 stars). I go to Cabo a lot and hope to book this unit again soon.

All aspects of this condo were amazing and this was the central piece to me having a great vacation in Cabo! The location was outstanding and the condo had all the expected amenities and even more! Before we even arrived, Mike was able to send a detailed email about the various activities, food options, and late night spots that were in the general vicinity (you don't need a car at this location and everything is in walking distance)! In addition to a clean and modern looking room, the view from the balcony from sun-up to sun-down was enough to make me want to stay in Cabo. The place was centrally located to the beach, excellent dining options (Fisherman's Landing and the Hacienda to name a few), bars, music/entertainment, and lots of water/tour activities. Lastly, Mike was such a gracious and thoughtful host that inside the cabinets we found (2) beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and a board game. If you need your morning coffee, like I do, there was even a Keurig with at least four different flavors! Those are definitely the little things that helped make this an AMAZING trip! The next time I head to Cabo, this will be the place I stay and I won't book my flight until I make sure that this condo is available for my planned trip...I enjoyed it that much! Thanks Mike to you and your condo for helping me have a great trip to Cabo!

Cabo was wonderful with the glass bottom boat to the beaches, the nightlife and restaurants. The room was close and convenient to everything and Mike gave great suggestions and was very helpful. Only problem was we couldn’t get WiFi in the room but we could in the lobby and a little less water pressure than we’re used to. It was a great trip and already have a list of things to do next time.

It's all about location here. Short walk to Cabo's most famous beach. Comfortable studio with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Mike is an excellent host providing you with local information and recommendations.
