Flew in from Ontario, Canada for a week. This place is in a great location to everything. The people here work round the clock and have the grounds and pool AMAZING. Very clean, very friendly. We had friends stay up the road at a different resort and they wished they had booked here. We had a little confusion with the check in as we got there a little early and thought we could get in. The host was great. This unit is very clean and has everything you need to cook or sit around the pool. Beach towels etc. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Quiet Spacious Condo!

Very nice condo and the overall resort was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with several terrific restaurants within one block. Walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes and to the marina is less than 15. Excellent grocery store attached to the mall half a block away. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and polite. Grounds, pool, and restaurant are very nice. We are very glad we chose this neighborhood for our stay in Cabo!

Great location -BUT IT'S AN UPSTAIRS UNIT w/ no elevator

Great location. Close to the marina and stores. Nice little condo and the owners were very helpful but the property description didn't indicate it was an upper floor unit without an elevator. We had a senior with a walker who had a real struggle moving up and down the stairs. Other than that, I'd stay again. The only improvement I'd suggest is indicating that it's NOT handicap accessible in the description.

we stayed at Marina sol several times. This was our first time at this property.You can not beat Location. we enjoyed this property overall. i would just say it needs a bit of TLC.

Property was beautiful. Loved the pool, bar & restaurant. Couple issues: Toilet in one of the bathrooms was clogged up upon arrival. We found a plunger and were able to take care of the issue. Towels and sheets felt like the laundry soap had not been rinsed out completely or too much fabric softener was used. Towels felt gummy after being used. No extra towels. No wash clothes provided. Shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced. Holes for water are severely clogged up. Ended up washing the soap out of my hair in the kitchen sink. Drain in one bathroom does not drain well and was full of hair. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned out for sometime. Blow dryer provided does not work. Tried multiple outlets with no luck. Couple of the wine glasses in kitchen were dirty. One had brown stuff (possibly old water) dried in it, another had lip marks still. Wi-Fi did not work in anywhere else than the living room/dining area. The back bedroom the Wi-Fi would not reach for cellphone/tablet use or the use of the streaming services. The unit overall just didn't feel really clean. Dusty, stains in the sinks, stained up furniture, etc. The property itself was great. Pool area was wonderful and relaxing. Restaurant and bar provided great service, drinks and amazing food. Had dinner and breakfast that was so good! HOA staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Condo, great location

This condo was perfect for my family. It's in a great location, with easy walking to the beach, marina and downtown shopping. There is a new Walmart being built right around the corner which will make getting groceries super convenient. We felt completely safe and secure. The host was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly. We would recommend this condo for your Cabo visit!

A great condo close to the beach in Cabo

We had a great visit at Fatima’s condo in Cabo, the condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great and the staff were amazing. We had easy access to all amenities in downtown Cabo, great location.

Perfect! We will be back!

Our stay was fantastic! Our unit was a great value and totally worth it! It was clean, nice, and a great fit for 4 people. A little morning street noise in the back room, but our kids get up early so that was no biggie. Marina Sol is awesome- very quaint, comfortable, beautifully landscaped, we’ll cared-for, very large pool and spacious seating options. Fun pool bar. Reasonably priced bar food. And most of all, super nice people- a mix between visitors and owners who had lots of good info to share. There is a very big hot tub here, too- which wasn’t in the listing. There is a water cooler dispenser here, and there was already lots of water here, too. We just bought some disposable bottles to carry on walks. The location here is just perfect- walk to the beach or town or the marina all in 5-10 minutes. Grocery around the corner. Walmart being built across the street. Don’t need a car here. We also booked transportation through Fatima and that worked great! Got our groceries on the way in. Fatima and Jose were both fantastic- very responsive anytime we needed anything- just text through VRBO. Love this place! Totally recommend it! And we will be back for sure!

Friends Explore Cabo

This property is beautiful. The condo itself, the pool, outdoor jacuzzi, on-site restaurant- couldn't be better. Staff and residents at the resort were friendly and helpful at all times. The location was perfect for the beach, marina, shopping and exploring the old town. We were so happy to have selected this property. (And the Sunset Cruise was a perfect end to our trip. Whales put on a show for us! Amazing!)

Location was perfect

We loved everything about this property. One thing I have to mention is the amount of hangers in the closets. It’s a little thing but it’s those little things that help. If I have one suggestion it’s adding full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Other then that everything was great!!

Short stop in Cabo

This is a really nice unit inside Marina del Sol. This is a quiet and relaxed complex with lots of amenities right inside Cabo. Great for our weekend visit to be City.
