The Space:
This ground-floor apartment offers a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families or small groups of up to 8 guests. With two private bedrooms and a shared living area, the space allows everyone to stay together while still enjoying privacy when needed. Being located on the first floor also makes access easy and convenient without stairs.

Living Room
The living room serves as the main gathering area of the apartment. It includes a comfortable seating space and a Smart TV for relaxing in the evenings. At night, the queen sofa bed converts into additional sleeping space, allowing flexibility for larger groups. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain comfort in the warm coastal climate, and the adjacent dining table provides space for shared meals or games.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. Guests will have access to a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, utensils, and cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker is also available for morning routines. The layout makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or dinner after a day at the pool or beach.

Bedroom 1
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and offers direct access to the full bathroom. This room works well for couples or parents traveling with children. Fresh bed linens are provided, and there is space for storing personal belongings during your stay.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. The configuration allows multiple guests to sleep comfortably in the same room while maximizing space.

Bathroom
The apartment includes one full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and cleaning products are provided, along with hot water. An outdoor shower is also available within the complex, which can be convenient after returning from the beach.

Outdoor Space
A private patio provides an additional space to relax outdoors. Within the residential complex, guests can enjoy shared outdoor seating areas, hammock spaces, and open courtyard surroundings. Beach chairs and beach/pool towels are available for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the apartment and patio, along with shared use of the pool, outdoor spaces, and recreational areas within the residential complex.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Boquerón, Cabo Rojo, the apartment sits within a laid-back coastal community known for its beach atmosphere and slower pace of life. The area offers a peaceful residential setting while still being near the ocean. Guests often choose this location for its relaxed energy and easy access to shoreline activities. It’s an ideal place to enjoy the Caribbean climate without the noise of busier tourist centers.

Nearest Airport: Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN), approximately 30 miles away
Parking: Free assigned parking for 2 vehicles
Transportation: A rental car is recommended, as public transportation options are limited

Other Things to Note:
Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and occasional power interruptions may occur due to weather or utility maintenance.

This property does not provide Wi-Fi, allowing guests to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.

A shared BBQ grill is available within the complex. A $25 deposit is required and can be arranged on-site, subject to availability.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
