"I had a good stay at this property. Place was clean, very nice gym and pool area with a nice view. You have a few restaurants to eat nearby and most of the tourist places are not far from the location. The metro station is not as close as you wish to, but you can always use DiDi. Having the washer and dryer in the room was a great plus."

"Like my son said: AMAZING!!! Hotel even wash and dry clothes for guest. Very touchy at check out, they have gifts for children, book marks. Again, my son said he’ll keep the bookmark forever. By the way, it’s high quality stuff, bamboo material carved on hotel name. Room has state of the art amenities, like sense driven curtain remote control. "The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel. Room is clean with pleasant smell."

"We stay from 17-24 May (7 nights) The receptionist held deposit 12000RMB when we checked-in. When we checked-out the cost was 8342.73RMB. The receptionist told me there will be a refund to my account in its original form. On 29May I received 200RMB from them. I immediate send email to ask and phone call to followed. My reply was have to be checked my bank cause the money 3657.27RMB was returned. I don’t know how and where to get help to have my money back. The ridiculous was the hotel...

"Pros: -Superb breakfast! Keep it up Conrad Beijing team. Lots of food options, great food quality. Cons: -We booked two rooms. They both felt worn out and a bit outdated. We asked for a non smoking room and our level-12 room smelled unpleasantly, heavy cigar smell. -We booked the hotel because of the view, but the view from our room was frankly terrible. -Reception desk staff english proficiency is severely limited. Communication can be a big big challenge for non-mandarin speakers."

"La ubicación del hotel está un poco retirado del centro, la movilidad con didi es muy económica. Hotel muy amplio. Desayuno con muy buena variedad de alimentos. Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación, algunos accesorios no funcionaban o están en mal estado. Lo mejor es su concerge TOM. 10/10 hace todo lo que necesites para ayudarte con tours. A pesar del limitado inglés que maneja."
