"Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not stay at this location! We were going to stay for two nights, so we were going to overlook the hard bed and damp smell. As we tried to sleep all we could hear was mice running around. It sounded like they were fighting and there was continuous squealing noises. All of this started around 2 am so we didn’t know what to do that late at night and were scared to leave the bed. It sounded like they were in the ceiling and walls. We got no sleep whatsoever...

"My booking was paid in full with Expedia. However, upon checking in, they asked for my credit card to "verify." When I checked out, I told them again that I already paid and should not be charged again. I was told there is no charge. However, after returning home and checked my credit card, the booking was fully charged by the hotel even though Expedia already collected up front. I contacted Expedia and was assured that the hotel will refund me. I'm still waiting for my refund as of this review."

"Yummy breakfast buffet with a variety of Vietnamese and Western-style options. Friendly and attentive staff who always greeted me with a smile. Rooms are well maintained albeit walls are on the thinner side so would hear my neighbours’ conversations sometimes at night but I fall asleep easy so it wasn’t an issue for me. Rooftop bar is great for cooling down during from the intense heat of the city. "

The hotel is in a good location as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The 2-bedroom suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean."
