Property in need of better maintenance and cleaning.

This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly.

Very dated, staff very helpful , , rooms smell of smoke and do not feel clean.
