"Reception was very helpful. He secured a moped rental, currency, and anything we needed for our room very promptly. Rooms are nice, the resort has lots of areas to relax: balcony on your room, pool, restaurant area, and upstairs from the restaurant as well as the beach. Staff were all efficient and friendly. "For our 2 night stay Pictures did not show the extreme tightness of the standard room. Also upon late check in there were no accommodations for the lack of running shower water. I truly appreciated the upgrade to a triple room however the shower head in the upgraded room also needed to be changed for water flow. There were spider webs on the side of bed frame which shows a lack of thorough cleaning. The space for triple should be standard. However Salma and the staff on site were of great help....
