On the elevated ground floor, you will have a kitchen, a comfortable and cozy living room, a spacious dining room with a wine cellar, 2 double bedrooms (beds 180x200) with private shower rooms, and a separate toilet with a laundry area.
Upstairs, there is a family bedroom (1 bed 180x200 + 2 beds 90x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be joined to form a double bed), and a bathroom (shower, sink, baby bathtub, and changing table) with toilet.
Each bedroom is equipped with a television with access to Netflix and My Canal.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a fire pit, a pétanque court, a fenced garden with a relaxation area, and access to the river.

To facilitate your stay, beds will be made upon your arrival, towels and household linen provided, and the cost of end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity will be included in the price.
