"The room was spottless "

"The toilet was leaking, the skirting boards in the bathroom looked in need of some paint, the mattress/quilt/pillows were all badly stained"

"I can highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and in great condition. The staff are brilliant and the lovely lady on reception made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and I would say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time 😊"

We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. "

We were assigned a disabled-access room, and unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet had a noticeable smell of urine. Breakfast was adequate but limited in variety. The poached eggs were undercooked, and the bacon was not crispy. I also observed that some wait staff handled food without gloves — for example, placing croissants in baskets or touching bread directly...
