Newly remodeled. Only 22 miles from the Ark Encounter! Features family room, 3 bedrooms. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and grill. Fire pit is also located in the back. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds, with queen mattresses on the bottom-can sleep up to 6 in this room. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. This listing is for leasing one side of the duplex.

This home is very beautiful and more spacious than I really expected. The location was super convenient for us to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We found a couple of local places to eat while staying here. I really loved this home and will keep it on our list of places to return to.

We decided to visit Ark Encounter. We found this beautiful duplex to rent and it did not disappoint! Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, clean, clean! Perfect location! Do not hesitate to select this home for your next trip! Oh, and pricing was spot on!

The property and the house are well furnished and overall fairly comfortable. We did not use all the amenities, but the property does appear to have some nice things to do.

Outdoor spaces were lovely and big enough to accommodate 15. We reserved both sides of the duplex and the indoors were perfect for big families with or without children! I did enjoy having everyone together! Precious memories with our family at The Ark !! Built fire in the fire ring most nights. The grown boys loved that too!!

My family traveled to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter. The house was just as described. It was clean. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it for a family.

This was a perfect house for my mom, aunt, daughter and I. We all had our own space. The bedrooms were perfect! We had a little trouble with the code at check in but the hosts fixed it right away. The walk to the river is a little steep but its beautiful. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed with church group and the accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Unit provided all the necessities.

House was clean and just what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The only thing I would suggest is to add a small fan for the downstairs bedroom. It had plenty of bed space but gets a little stuffy with no air moving around. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

His property was perfect for our group, the kids got downstairs and the moms got upstairs. Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked - only complaint would be the road noise. We were rarely there, but did cook when there. All appliances work, and communication with the owner was great.

Property was very clean. We had 6 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room. I would only say watch the gravel path down to the river. The rocks shift easily and can make for a slippery hike.
