"The view was outstanding, even breathtaking. Staff were very friendly, evening meal was fine (good pizzas) Breakfast was poor and expensive Overall the hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The views definitely make up for it"

"Our holiday in Menaggio was wonderful because of the beautiful destination, less so the villa. Le Petit Palais did not live up to its grand name & the online photos were somewhat misleading. Positively, the views from the terrace & 2 main bedrooms are stunning, looking directly over the lake & mountains. ..."
