"There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) "We thought Goldings was a lovely cottage in a lovely location but not without its faults, mainly the lighting which was awful, gloomy and only one light for a double bed, which was ridiculously bright ! "You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit."

"Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day...

A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough.
