"Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, ambas tenían el baño nuevo lo que se agradece un montón. Las camas individuales no estaban mal, pero el colchón de la cama de matrimonio era tan viejo y blando que nos levantamos con las espaldas echas polvo. Los domingos noche no sirven cena. No hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas a peso y queda apartado del pueblo de Ludlow con lo que únicamente se puede acceder con el coche. No estuvimos mal, pero para otra ocasión intentaríamos buscar otro hotel."

I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! "The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again."

"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge.
