"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

"An overnight stay with two friends as we were in Kent to attend an event. Check-in was easy; the front desk person was friendly and informative and helped us with parking and more. Our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very easy to find the right settings. "Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!"

"This hotel was nice and clean. Staff was AMAZING! My sister and I went up for the weekend the staff was helpful and informative on lettinv us know where to go. Josh was a great bartender my sister enjoyed her drinks and his company watching Football. Yessica was GREAT she provided a lot of useful information. "We came in town for wedding, and hotel was very accommodating with an early check in and putting up with all of us later in the night. They provided a shuttle that was clean and nice to the wedding venue and bus driver was also very nice. Free breakfast in the AM was probably one of the best I’ve had included in a stay."
