"If you have seen the pictures and wonder if they are real, YES they are! This place is a beautiful Colorado-style log home with a decorated interior exactly as you would expect from this "Rocky Mountain" experience. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, an electric fireplace, and a loft upstairs for more sleeping area. (Main bedroom is on the first floor.) Outside in the back, you’ll find a fire pit complete with seasoned wood.Plus, if you want to go anywhere...

"I had a really easy time checking into this rental property. You could smell the paint so I figured it was new, small things like no Wi-Fi and the occasional screw were no big deal. I’m not sure if it was a window open without a screen or what but there were mayflies all around. Nonetheless we had a great time and the host was very communicative. "

"We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. "

"Very comfortable seating and beds. There would have been plenty to do in the area if not for rainy weather but we were comfortable spending time together inside. An amazing binder of information is available with so many local activities/restaurants/ and entertainment options. "

"My daughter and her two best friends wanted a night together to laugh and hand out. My fiancé and I reserved your house and it was perfect! The girls had plenty of room to goof around and we had the master bedroom with television! "

"Property was great! Clean, well maintained, quiet…the perfect retreat for couples. The hosts were great with communications, gave great recommendations for local food and shopping, and the property was perfectly located near all the highlights of the area. Will definitely keep on the list anytime we’re back in the area. "

"Location, location, location. This property was quaint yet had enough room and amendities to accomodate our short trip. Located right in the middle of walking distance to great food, entertainment, and the lake of course!"
