Enjoy ultimate entertainment and relaxation at our peaceful lakeside retreat in Burrton, Kansas—a private, centrally located getaway just minutes from Wichita, Newton, and Hutchinson, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.

Unwind with movie nights and game days on our 85-inch main TV or several additional TVs throughout the home. Guests can stream Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and YouTube TV, including NFL Sunday Ticket, making it easy to watch NFL games poolside or from anywhere in the house.

Step outside and enjoy evening strolls along our beautifully lighted trail path, or play pickleball at night on our illuminated pickleball court. A lighted basketball court and 24-hour gym—fully equipped with free weights and machines—offer activities at any hour.

This luxurious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom lake house comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it ideal for family reunions, holidays, corporate retreats, special celebrations, or peaceful weekend escapes.

Take in the beauty of our crystal-clear, spring-fed private lake sourced from the Colorado River, and enjoy the expansive sand beach—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and exceptional catch-and-release fishing, including largemouth bass, record-size black crappie, and blue channel catfish. Guests can enjoy a 10-foot diving platform, two kayaks, a paddleboard, a paddle boat, and a small fishing boat with an electric trolling motor. You’re also welcome to bring your own watercraft, including a small motorized pontoon or fishing boat. During the summer months, water bikes will also be available for guests to enjoy on the lake.

As the sun sets, gather around our campfire pit, which comfortably seats up to 12 people—the perfect spot to roast s’mores, share stories, and create unforgettable memories under the stars.

Adventure seekers will love the miles of scenic UTV trails surrounding the property. Indoors and out, entertainment is plentiful with air hockey, pool table, foosball, and multiple gathering spaces. The chef-style kitchen features a gas range and BBQ grill, and the dining area seats up to 10 with stunning floor-to-ceiling lake views.

As the evening winds down, relax on the screened-in porch, enjoy the peaceful waterfront atmosphere, or stargaze under open skies. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed satellite internet throughout your stay.

Additional amenities include an ice machine, ample parking, and 24-hour gated entrance for added privacy and security. The property is also a stunning venue for weddings and family events, accommodating up to 100 guests. Pets are welcome (up to two small pets, fee applies), and UTV side-by-side rentals are available upon request.

Absolutely beautiful outdoor spaces. House was comfortable and spacious, great for a gathering of people. Could use some updating here and there, but was very clean. We plan on coming back next year!

This property worked very well for our family, with two distinct sleeping areas. The large family rooms gave us lots of space to hang out with our dogs, and we did lots of cooking in the large kitchen! You can tell this property is rented often. There were quite a few items that were simply worn out or didn't work quite right, from just being used. An example was the kayaks did not have working back rests and other beach items were kind of used up. The dock had worn out boards and a screw sticking out. We always recommend that property owners have current fire extinguishers, which this did not.

We had a fun time at the lake house! We fished from the dock, the little boat, and the pedal boat and explored from the kayaks. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy. There is plenty to do or perfect for relaxing and catching up. Thank you Michael and Allan.

Great location for a centrally located family vacation. We enjoyed all of the water activities and the fishing a lot. Comfortable house and spacious enough for the family. The only thing I would recommend is going through the kitchen and updating some items that are there for everyone's use. Very limited items for cooking and serving. Thank you for the wonderful family vacation spot. We will use this location again in the future.

Wonderful time!

We got together with some family nearby to celebrate a Birthday and Easter. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking an Easter dinner. The main enjoyment was the lake. My kids spent hours in the sand and kayaking around the island looking at geese, turtles, and frogs. We all loved our stay!

Amazing Family Christmas Vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed here with our six adult kids to celebrate and early Christmas. We enjoyed the beautiful views and secluded property. Town was not too far aways as we ventured out to see the Salt Mine and Christmas lights at Hutchinson Zoo. Kitchen had everything we needed and bedroom layout was perfect for our group.

Many amenities included: large communal areas with lovely views of lake and 2 very large screen smart tvs, extra refrigerator in screened in porch and ice maker, roomy hot tub, very secluded yet close to Hutchinson, ceiling fans throughout and nice linens and towels, and private fishing and workout facilities. Some negative included: small bedrooms and showers, some bedroom closets were cluttered with cleaning supplies and decor making them unusable, train noises, gas range and oven were a learning curve experience, kitchen lacked some basic items such as griddle, mixing bowls, hand mixed. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Property

Host- Both Michael and Allen we amazing to book with! They were very responsive and polite. They made our trip more than comfortable. Property- I am trying to find words to describe how beautiful and serene this property is! The pictures are great, but do not capture how it feels to watch the sun on the lake right from the huge window. We only brought necessities with us, but the property came with everything we needed for a fun time. There were fishing poles, basketballs, corn hole, paddle boards, row boats, kayaks, tennis rackets and balls, fire wood… the list goes on. House- The house was spotless and smelled great, not to mention up to date and beautiful. We had all linens, towels, kitchen appliances we needed and more. Oh I forgot to mention it has a very clean hot tub and gym! We would definitely recommend this property every time. 12/10! Thank you both Michael and Allen for everything! You both made my daughters 18th birthday unforgettable!
