"Underbart boende framförallt om du gillar golf. Två 18-hålsbanor och drivingrange samt övningsgreener. Riktigt bra frukost och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger i ett stort naturområde så möjlighet till löpning och promenader är också stor. Nära till Birmingham flygplats och NEC samt CBS arena i Coventry om man är här på mässa. "

"Really comfortable friendly hotel. Easy efficient check-in. Room was spacious with plenty of room for two. Noticed water on the floor in the bathroom between the toilet pan & side wall - mopped it up with toilet paper - but it reappeared a few hours later."

"Room and the price paid for it was very good. Nice and clean, great bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine and fridge in room. Lifts were a letdown, at times just one was working and the queue and wait time was horrendous."

"They're extremely kind and they got in charge of the problems I went through because of the international travel I was set for. Even from afar I've grasped their motivation and this means that as soon as I move back to Brum again my preference will undeniably drive me to this gentle space and the humans who run it"

"All was excellent.apart for the food service.first night we order a evening meal and waited 45 minutes for it and has for breakfast i at to wipe my table myself about we sat down for breakfast.i work as a unit manager in a kitchen.table should be clear and wiped at all time So unhappy with food service."

"Great location for ease of access into the NEC - it’s literally 100 yards away. You can store luggage at the hotel whilst at an expo which is really handy. Car park is a ten min walk round the lake and you get discounted parking from the hotel if you use their car park. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Rooms were really comfortable albeit the aircon is really efficient! Other than that was a great stay. Super comfy beds and lovely bedding "
