Accommodation Information

Linen is included in our Osprey range caravans - all other grade caravans (Puffins and Herons) linen can be hired at £8 per set.



Cots and Highchairs are available to hire but customers must bring with them their own bedding for cots.

Outdoor pool is open from 15th July to 7th September - the pool will be closed every Monday and FridayPlease note that this is a self-catering accommodation so don’t forget to bring your towels, t-towels and toilet rolls.

Check In Procedure

Check in time is 5pm If you are arriving after 6pm, you must inform the park of your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements for you to receive your key. If you are held up for any reason then please call 01278 794888 after 6pm. Check Out Procedure

Checkout is 10.00am on day of departure. Please open all windows to ventilate the caravan and return your key to reception. If you are checking out outside of office hours, please lock up your caravan entirely and deposit your key in the letterbox in the office door.Group Bookings/Party Types

The park does not accept work parties, young or single sex groups. There must be at least 1 adult over the age of 21 on all bookings.

Please be aware that not all caravans will have parking outside.There is a main car park and bays located around the park.

Outdoor pool is open from 15th July 2025 to 7th September 2025 - the pool will be closed every Monday and Friday

The venue will be closed due to private events on specific dates. This means no restaurant/takeaway.

I’m not sure if the place had a lake or not like on the pictures, but the nice picture we had on our booking page looked nothing like the very standard caravan we were given. My teenage sons couldn’t fit into their tiny room at the same time. We informed the girl in the pub (reception was closed at 6pm and checkin is only allowed after 5pm.) but she told us to come back tomorrow morning, which we did. We weren’t offered any alternative and were then told we couldn’t have a refund because we hadn’t come back to tell them about our dissatisfaction, which makes no sense because we came back the next morning when they were open and were told we had to email the hoseasons host whom we had booked through, which we did immediately, but then then they also proceeded to say we should have told them?

Where we were was quiet clean the lake was beautiful the food was great lovely entertainment with bingo to first time here but going back next year

Very Quiet area

This site is fine if you're visiting with no children, Site is very dated, Location was great for us, Caravan extremely dated + mattress very uncomfortable. We wouldn't stay again.

Bang on for the cost

For the money we paid this was ideal and had no complaints. Town and beach a short stroll, would stay here again.
