The Space:
This freshly renovated basement unit is a wonderful place to spend time, and an even more wonderful place to return to after a long day at the beach or hiking. It's comprised of one large room with a luxurious queen bed, and a loveseat that folds out into a single mattress for a third guest.

Guest Access:
Guests have a private entrance down a single flight of stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Experience the charm of Burlington's Old North End, a vibrant and historic neighborhood that's a melting pot of cultures, cuisines, and characters. This lively area offers an eclectic mix of local eateries, artsy boutiques, and beautiful parks, all interwoven with Burlington's rich history. Immerse yourself in local life at the bustling farmers markets, or take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood's quaint, tree-lined streets. Our home is located within easy walking distance (or very short uber) of downtown Burlington, and we're located just off north avenue which has CCTA bus stops allowing you access further points.

The property owners live upstairs, there is a property manager available 24/7 to assist you with anything you may need.

The apt was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the Location was great: close to Burlington, the beach and nearby hiking but it was Tucked away in a Nice Quiet Neighborhood. Perfect place forMy Husband and me.

This apartment was clean and cozy. Check in and checkout was very easy and host was very responsive. Located in a nice convenient neighborhood.Note there is no stove (we knew this ahead of time), but has minifridge and microwave and Keurig.

Lovely people adorable basement apartment

Cute place with very friendly accommodating hosts. The pup was adorable and friendly. Hosts provided information about sites to visit. Apartment was immaculate. Would stay again.
