Check out of the daily grind & check in to this Toledo Bend waterfront retreat offering 2 discrete living spaces . This cabin is great for a multi-family get-away with open water beach access for swimming or fishing off of the property's dock, a canoe for your family's enjoyment & a fabulous lake panorama view from the porch. Public boat launch is 1 mile drive & South Toledo Bend State Park is 5 mile drive! Whether its a family vacation or a refreshing location to work, this cabin is for you!

Cabin offers wifi access & 2 desks (one sit/-stand) upstairs with views overlooking the lake in main house must you dial in for work. Variety of board games, canoe and a telescope for family fun. Also a digital keyboard, junior guitar and an indoor golf putting green to keep your skills polished (bring your putter!). Outdoor charcoal grill - bring your own charcoal. Tesla charger on property.

Guest house situated below main house offers privacy and a full kitchen!

Please take caution as the property is situated on OPEN WATER. There are no gates restricting water access. Please take proper precautions by bringing life jackets and any other equipment needed for the safety of your loved ones.

Great place

Nice clean property had a lot of fun. Only thing that was bad was the mosquitoes. Which can be fixed by spraying Bifen I/t out of a pump sprayer around the whole property. All in all would stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving get away

Since we were having Thanksgiving there. We brought our own roasters and pans. There was no need! Everything we needed was already provided! Although the weather didn’t cooperate, the kids loved being out on the deck to play. The gate across the top of stairs was a Godsend. They actually played on the sand and in the water when the sun came out. My only recommendation is to consider who sleeps in the guest area (bottom floor.) my daughter’s family could hear every step that we took on the main floor. They said it was very loud. I would definitely rent again!

Perfect Family getaway!!

This house was everything we knew it would be & so much more! The kids loved playing in the canoe & we could literally drive our pontoon boat right up to the house. It was very clean! Had all the dishes you would need for cooking. We fished & made memories that will last a lifetime. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous escape from the city

The house is modern and clean. The lusting understates how wonderful it is. Our family of five (children 5, 7, 9) loved it. The lake is clean and beautiful. The house seems built for enjoying the view from any room
