FINES & FEES FOR VIOLATIONS

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. Any violation will result in a penalty fee of 100 EUR

- A replacement fee of 35 EUR will be charged for lost keys.

-, If keys are left in the door lock and a locksmith is required, a service fee of 60 EUR will be charged.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to provide the necessary information for all guests. Please note that check-in instructions will not be provided to guests who do not meet this requirement.
