"I’m am happy with all of the things thing’s that make a stay happen. No issues whatsoever however a hot tub would bee nice but not necessary "

"There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!"

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."

"I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! "

"I have no idea. - I received a phone call one hour out of Billings and was informed Montana Trailhead Inn had over booked so I did not have a room even though I had a confirmation number!"

"Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room...

"There was a smell that was almost like smoke mixed with cleaner/antiseptic in the hallway. Realized on the east side of the hotel outside someone must have had a grill fire and caught the landscaping on fire, there burned bushes, charcoal and evidence of a fire near the entrance. Stunk up the whole hotel. "

"Immediately upon checking in I was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana. The clerk didn't seem to care when I complained about it. The lobby was filthy, second floor was worse. No trash can in my room. My personal queen size pillow was stolen by housekeeping and was never replaced. All in all a horrible experience and place to stay. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck...

"We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. "

"There was an unstable individual that came in the lobby during check in and she upset my son. Staff handled the situation well, but if it escalated I don’t know how well the situation would have gone."
