"Great place to be based for touring around Galway, Connemara, and Mayo. Just took our time to discover all the small places and talk to people."

"The house was absolutely fabulous. We had a great time with our family, and it was so nice of the owner, Brid, to meet us there and show us around the property. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. "This property is lovely, I’m so glad we found it. Stayed for three nights with my wife. The place is spotless and really well appointed and Kinvara has a plethora of dining options both high end and takeaway and a great little supermarket. But the knockout punch is the view from the apartment, I didn’t want to leave!! If this part of Ireland didn’t have so many activities to do I would have just sat inside and stared out the window!"

"It was in a convenient location to everything. We felt the furniture was a bit dated and the layout was a bit inconvenient but we all ended up enjoying our stay in Kinvarra and the surrounding area. "Thank you to Stephen for hosting us at the Village House! This was a great weekend away for a multigenerational family. With our car we were able to see a couple different communities in the area. We also took a day to travel into Galway. The place was very clean, with lots of space and everything we needed. Thank you again!"
