"You pay for the views and for the location. It’s beautiful looking out the window but the rooms are pretty small and there isn’t much to be excited about inside. Although I’m more than positive that whoever stays here spends 99% of their time outside you still pay a pretty penny to have a semi comfy bed. Parking is at least on site and ok. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and elevator is in good condition. We did have a breaker trip and we lost power in half our room for about a half hour...

"The room was clean and had all the basics. The location was great because you could easily walk to restaurants and the ocean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave available. However, the common room not somewhere you would like to sit because it was very small and not very appealing. "

"Seclude and peaceful. Can hear the waves and gulls from the shore. Butterfly sanctuary is beautiful. No butterflies, but it was fawning season, so we got see a family of deer. Walls are a little thin, so you might hear the neighbors. The hot tub was perfect after a long day. "
