"Everything was really clean. Honestly I was a little nervous and checked the bedding and the mattresses. Everything looked and smelled very clean. I used the jetted tub, was nervous about that too, but it had a very clean smell when I turned it on, and didn't see anything gross in the water lol. The staff was friendly and the hot tub was great! We enjoyed our stay! =)"

"I always stay here during football games and my kid's college activities. The location is very accessible. No amenities, but not needed because the downtown is close for dining and drinking."

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."

"THE BUILDING WAS LOOKING IN THE INSIDE LIKE IT WAS FALLING APART. CARPET WASNT CLEAN OR VACCUM . THE LIGHTS WASNT WORKING I THE ROOM IT NEEDS REMOLDING IT WAS CRACK HEADS HANGING AROUND IN THE BUILDING ANS OUTSIDE OF BUILDING… PPL WAS HAVING STITCHING CORDS RUNNING FROM THEIR ROOM CAR TO JUMP THEY CAR IT WAS TOO GHETTO NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS TO BE IN ANN ARBOR MICHIGAN"
