"Not sure if the building is new but everything is clean. The staff are great and helpful. Breakfast was great. It's one of the best one's we had so far. My kids really liked it. I liked it. The coffee was great and the coffee dispenser looked expensive. I would love to come back here if I find my way around the area again."

"There were two queen beds which made for a good night sleep for 2. The breakfast was ample and good enough to start the day. The toiletries are nice. The included parking was convenient, though we didn't use it (we flew in)."

We were on back side and had floodlights in the room, maybe turn it away from windows. The pool and hot tub were a good feature….. well used but my husband. It was a relaxing time thank you!"

"Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever."

"The fridge froze contents when on high. No elevator so if disabled then ask for first floor. "

"Location is very close to UB. GMgr was excellent. Rooms very spacious. Complimentary coffee/tea in lobby. Kitchenette in room. No breakfast."

"Breakfast was done before the time and staff did not bother to fill up (not us) Many guests came down 10 minutes before and they did not get a chance to eat. I understand they have specific time but at least give the other people specially with kids a chance."
