"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. ..."

M Hotel Buffalo
"room was comfortable, though fan not loud enough, thin walls with people next to us. breakfast was ok nothing special. pool was ok but no hot tub. best part was the hotel bar, excellent staff and not overpriced!"
