The Space:

River Park Retreat offers a bright, comfortable getaway in the heart of South Main. Natural textures, thoughtful design, and an inviting layout make it the perfect space to relax, gather, and enjoy Buena Vista’s riverfront neighborhood.

The living room feels open and comfortable with soft gray walls with plenty of natural light,. A large sectional and Smart TV make it an inviting place to unwind after a day outdoors. Subtle built-ins and decor bring warmth to the space, while the open layout flows naturally into the dining area for easy gathering. Note: The fireplace is temporarily out of service.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen features marble countertops, bold blue tile accents, and stainless steel appliances. A central island offers extra prep space and casual seating, while the adjoining dining area seats six beneath a woven pendant light, creating a bright and relaxed atmosphere. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a curated spice rack are also included.

🔑 You’ll have private access to the River Park Retreat main house, including the living areas, full kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and private patio. The home shares the property with the River Park Studio, located above the detached garage, but each has its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Guests traveling with larger groups can inquire about booking both units together, based on availability.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
