"Excellent condition of the rooms and the property in general (one of the cleanest and well renewed I have ever been). From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience "

"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. "We had a pleasant stay at the Fragola Poppy apartment. The apartment was an all-in-one space with the bed, sofa bed and kitchen area as one space. There was plenty of space for our 3 adults traveling. The sofa bed was very comfortable according to our daughter. Space was clean, and the apartment was in a good location near many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Would highly recommend. "

"everything was great overall. location was excellent and walkable to SO many historic attractions in addition to shops, nightlife, restaurants and more. staff were very accommodating and helpful. we did find a sock (not ours) under the bed and a few stains on the linen. would stay again. "
