Our Luxury Hill Country Estate is located on 20 acres of hill country lol no. This estate has a private gated entrance, private pool. The estate is a mediterranean style home, with the exterior comprised of stucco and Spanish tile roofing. The estate is made up of a main house, pool house and a studio apartment.

The estate boasts a main house with a 3 bedroom and two and a half bathroom. This main house can accommodate 8 guest. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private 5 piece bathroom with a luxurious closet. The guest room host a full size bed and the last bedroom has two full size beds. These two rooms, share a hallway bathroom. In addition, the main house has a gourmet kitchen, living and dinning room.

The pool house is a two bedroom and two bathroom property. It also contains a full size kitchen, living area and breakfast area. The master bedroom has a 3 piece private bathroom with a king size suite. The second bedroom contain two full size bedroom sets and has an entrance to a 3 piece bathroom. The pool house, also contains a poker table.

For outside entertaining, both the main and pool house have covered patios with sitting and dinning areas. Each outdoor entertaining space has easy access and visibility to the stunning pool. The main house outdoor entertaining area contains a fire place, outdoor television and a gas grill. The pool house outdoor entertaining area boasts a sitting and dinning area, along with a private cafe table. WiFi is available on property in certain areas. We do recommend bringing your own hot spot or mofis.

The studio apartment is equipped with a king bedroom set and a private 3 piece bathroom.

If you need to house additional people, the properties below are approximately 12-15 minutes from this home.

The pool and spa area, are as gorgeous as they come, but if swimming is not your thing, we do have a chip and putt golf course available, on property.

The Luxury Hill Country Estate is nestled near 4 wedding venue, all within a 5 minute drive from the estate. The estate is located approximately 20 minutes from Austin, San Marcos, Wimberley and Dripping Springs. The luxury estate is approximately 45 minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Access to all the amenities are available to all traveler party sizes. The twin roll away beds, are available for parties greater than 16. We do store these beds on site, for your use and setup. Although the estate has three properties, on site, we only book the estate to one group of travelers at a time. In addition, we do not mind bbq, pre or post wedding gatherings at the hill country estate and with prior approval. Please keep in mind, this is a vacation rental and not an event center. We can help set up for private chef or other concierge services if needed please ask the host.

The Luxury Hill Country Estate is fully equipped for your travel needs. All the cooking and eating utensils are available. We provide the coffee, bathing towels, swimming towels, all bedding. The estate is set up for you to arrive, unpack and enjoy!!!

Rooms were clean and well appointed.Kitchen - mostly clean - but limited pots and pans. A couple of the coffee cups had grit and grounds dried in them.Host answered questions when they were positive. No response if the answer was to the negative.Pool - the water was cloudy.Many TVs - not all worked and did not have local channels and there no information about how to access the cable network.

The stay itself was great unfortunately there were a few gliches…I informed our contact the toilet did not flush in the studio apt, they left the top of the tank off so they could flush manually. Somebody had set the thermostat very low in pool house, so cold showers were taken, luckily our son in law figured out it was digital and set it so they would not have to endure cold showers during the rest of our stay! The televisions did not work, when I inquired about them, was told they may need to purchase a new tv for master bedroom….was sent a new WiFi link for living room that did not work! Son in law who is an IT worker worked with it but couldn’t get it to come on until we plugged a phone in to it. The grounds and pool were great we enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. However the inside could use a little TLC.

Love the property but it needs attention. Hot tub and some TVs didn’t work. Some remotes didn’t have batteries. There were no trash bags. Swallows nest there so there is poop at all the outdoor sitting areas. Had to raise the top of the tank to flush one toilet and one bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

BEWARE - READ ALL REVIEWS!!!There is a three ring binder of very specific rules that must be adhered or a fee will be given for any infractions. We left this place immaculate and cleaned it following ALL guidelines.The place was not cleaned (dishes had to be washed prior to use), there is large volumes of bird feces coming from bird nests over the main dwelling doors/entrances, pool house entrances and corners. These feces mounds are on the hanging seat, light fixtures, and door walkways. There was food in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. No hot water in 2 buildings. The bed in the cabana-like single room fell with a guest in it as it was not properly put together and missing screws. We repaired it.The mini drawer fridge leaked due to improper seal and the freezer was frozen shut on the fridge. We could not use it. The WiFi does not work at all and when we contacted the host, we received no response. This place needs maintenance and the owner sent us a bill alleging an AC was set to 45 causing damage of flooding to the ceiling, walls, and floor over a week after the stay. Vrbo was contacted, did a call to the listed owner, and asked her to reverse the charges. Vrbo shared they agreed with us and to dispute with our bank. We have the case number and have requested the owner submit routine maintenance of the AC unit upon advise from AC experts as we are advised this is the owner’s upkeep of the emergency switch and routine drainage lines/drip pan maintenance. A dream homestead

This place is everything it says it is and more! The seclusion and building layout checks off many marks.All amenities were finely appointed. Two kitchens made things so much easier.The pool was certainly a big hit, so much so that my grandson said he didn't want to go back to PawPaw's pool...We had 17 staying on the property and approx 15 others in local hotels and VRBO's.We couldn't be happier and look forward to a return stay.

DO NOT RENT – Especially Not for an Event

We booked this property for our wedding, with full approval from the owners, and it was a complete disaster.We arrived to find the yard littered with trash and debris, bird feces covering all outdoor surfaces, holes in the patio chairs, and the hot tub leaking across the patio. Two of the houses had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Despite contacting the host immediately, they only sent cleaning supplies—expecting us to clean it all ourselves—and eventually stopped responding altogether. No one was ever sent to fix the water issue.Inside, it was just as bad: hair in every bed, clearly unwashed sheets, filthy, stained bathtubs, torn curtains, and non-functional light fixtures throughout both homes. It was obvious the property had not been cleaned or properly maintained.I have 47 photos documenting the state of this place, and I’ve reported it to Vrbo. The property is now under investigation, yet the owners are still refusing to offer a full refund—even of the cleaning fee, despite the overwhelming evidence.This experience was stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable, especially for such a meaningful event. Avoid this property at all costs. It is not as advertised and absolutely not worth the money or hassle.

Beautiful Property, but Lacking in Comfort and Attention to Detail

The property itself was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio—such a peaceful and relaxing space. The location was quiet, which made for a nice getaway.However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The pool clearly needs more frequent cleaning. Although there’s a pool cleaner on site, it didn’t seem to be in use, and the pool should at least be skimmed before each new guest arrives.The mattresses were a common complaint among our group. With the exception of those staying in the pool house, everyone had issues with the beds. The master bedroom mattress had a deep valley on one side and was extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Others felt like they were sleeping directly on box springs.Communication with the owner also left something to be desired. The WiFi information in the welcome packet was incorrect, and messages sent through the rental app went unanswered. I eventually received a response after texting directly, but another question about extra trash bags was never addressed.Additionally, the hand soap in several bathrooms appeared to be mostly water, as if it had been diluted to stretch what was left.Overall, while the property was beautiful and we made the most of our stay, the comfort and cleanliness did not meet expectations—especially for the price we paid.

Beautiful home, but upkeep leaves much to be desired

We booked this property to house my wedding party and hold our small reception. We informed the owner of our plans and got permission prior to the event. The house was beautiful and the layout was ideal for hosting however the state of the property upon arrival left the impression it had not been maintained or cleaned. We spent around two hours sweeping, clearing dead branches, and hosing down the patios and furniture to clear the copious bird droppings, dirt, and cobwebs.The home itself while gorgeous was in noticeable disrepair—several things were broken or worn down. Including the following : the fire alarm batteries were out and and beeping in one of the homes, one of the bed frames collapsed on our guests during the night (which we luckily had tools to fix ourselves), some of the sinks had loose faucets and did not drain properly, and everyone and a while the you could smell the septic tank outdoors. We found cobwebs on the ceilings in the bathrooms and all over the wood beams in the kitchen living room areas. While the host was responsive and apologetic, the apologies came with more excuses than actual solutions. Nothing was really addressed during our stay.Overall, it felt like the place had potential but was poorly maintained. After our hard work getting everything ready for our guests it was a gorgeous weekend and home, but expect to put some elbow grease in if you are expecting to host guests.

Property is beatiful. My family enjoy all amenities and we focus in the positive that property offers in regards of the accommodation. Property needs a better cleaning before guest arrive. Kitchen was dusty and main house bathroom were not clean. Other two houses were fine. Main gate of property did not work and you have in the back of your mind the security aspect when you have kids and older relatives with you that anyone can enter the property late nigth.Overrall work the money and the host was responsive. We We consider coming back - i think is more positive that negative and the value is there as well.

WOW... Couldn't dream for a better one

We spent the New Year vacation at this property and our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The house exceeded all our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the spacious living areas made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.The host was very nice and responsive, She allowed us to have an early check-in and a late check out.We had so much fun there, kids and adults had their share of fun.Suitable for big groups or families

No Hot Water

The property is beautiful and well located. However, out of the three dwellings that are on the property, while we were there two did not have propane. Which meant no hot water in 2 of the 3 dwellings on the property and that all of the guests had to use 2 bathrooms to shower and get ready for the weekend. We chose this property because it was located close to our wedding venue but when we arrived and realized there was no hot water we called the property owner to make them aware ASAP there was an issue with the propane on the property and to inquire as to when someone would get out there to service the tanks. But no one came and we spent the duration of our stay sharing the two bathrooms that had hot water. We kept in contact with the owner during the stay but nothing was ever fixed. We also brought to the owner’s attention that the spa was not heating up, which we were told would be fixed the next day but was never addressed. Once the stay was over I had another conversation with the property owner about the propane issue. I was told I would get a partial refund and everything would be taken care of. The refund was 3% of the cost of the stay and totaled $150. We paid good money to stay at this location but we didn’t get what we paid for and the partial refund was a joke. Had we known about this problem before I we would have stayed somewhere else. Taking cold showers on your wedding day was not the memorable experience I had anticipated.

Best experience ever!!!!!!

I just want to say how amazing Jennifer was and answered all the questions I had at a timely manner. And was super understanding when I had to change my dates to a later time and was super helpful. I had a amazing time even though it was just me staying at this huge place I still had a great time and the pool was absolutely breath taking and the main house and two guest houses was exquisite and more than I could ask for!!!!! Will definitely be back and Jennifer if you ever decide to rent it out for living purposes please let me know 🤣🤣
