This RV sleeps 4 . It has 1 queen bed , a set of twin bunk beds .
It has a fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator , stove , microwave and a coffee maker. Including coffee , seasonings , flower and oil . All Cook ware , plates cups and serving utensils .

There is a private property guest swimming pool surrounded by tropical beautiful palm trees and flowers . The pool area Has is a gas grill , charcoal grill several tables with colorful umbrellas and many chairs and a stereo ! Makes for a great , all day party by the pool!

Walk less than 100 yards down to private lake access on Lake Buchanan for fishing and swimming.
nearby are hiking trails,mountain biking, waterfall cruises, cave tours and many wonderful wineries.
Launch your boat at Black Rock Park less than a mile from your RV . We have plenty of room for your boats and trailers.
This 2 1/2 acre property also has 2 awesome cabins and an additional RV for rent .#1553666 our large Texas Cabin sleeps 7, #1554926 and our Charming guest cabin that sleep 4 plus another beautiful Rv #1554936 that sleeps 3.
Sleeping a total of 20 people!

Making this beautiful and peaceful property perfect for family reunions, weddings, or business groups !

Owner is sweetest

Owner was the sweetest person, so kind. I just didn't do my due diligence and look at the area. I am not used to RV, so it's my fault not her. She done well. Very much Trump land, but it's Texas I guess that's expected! And the RV is basic, 80's ..Once again it might be great for some people!

Getaway for the night

We got away for the night and the kids wanted to stay in a RV. Really enjoyed everything from swimming, fishing and s’mores. Judy was so sweet and made sure we had a great time. The kids want to go back soon!

Peaceful Place

The RV was super clean and comfy. Loved the fire pit! Fun for sitting out and star gazing (even in the summer heat) and small gas grill which was covered. Host is definitely the most! Attentive and accommodating. The pool area is really clean, shaded, well maintained, and has everything including floats. I gave it a 3 on accuracy because the pictures make it look like it's directly on the water but it isn't. Because of the drought, the lake level has severely receeded. However, it's a short golf cart ride to the shore where there are 3 kayaks, chairs, and fishing gear to use. Overall we had a wonderful time and would go back again.

A visit to my second home

My fourth time with Ms Judy, always amazing. She goes out of her way to make you feel absolutely at home! Very peaceful, worth your money and wonderful host. Heads water is low but Ms Judy will make sure you know all of this because she's the best!!

Spartan Race Stay

We were so grateful to have a place to get a good nights sleep before our Spartan Race. The RV was a perfect place for that. It was clean and cool. Judy was wonderful and communicated very clearly with us to make sure our needs were met. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at the RV for 2 nights and loved every minute of it! Judy is super friendly and very responsive. RV has everything you need. it's super close to the lake with kayak & super close to the pool which was perfect on this hot weekend we had. we will definitely stay there again next time we come to the area.

AMAZING!!!

We LOVED every minute spent here. The RV was immaculate! Super clean and cozy and stocked with everything we could ever possibly need (pots, pans, dishes, spices, utensils, extra linens.....EVERYTHING)! There are even games, movies, and a stereo in the RV! Judy is an amazing host and has thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and fun for all ages. We enjoyed nightly campfires, daily kayaking, a dip in the gorgeous pool, playing games, and exploring the state parks in this beautiful part of Texas. The grounds around the RV are well kept and beautiful. The kids LOVED the bunkbeds. This place is amazing!!! Communication with the host was incredible! We had a blast! Our kids are already begging to come back!

Relaxing Get Away

Judy and Ricky were amazing hosts. They prepped the RV with a Happy Birthday sign to welcome my wife. Everything we could have wanted was available to us throughout our stay. The entire property was clean and well-kept. The pool was a peaceful oasis on beautifully manicured grounds. We truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, warm welcome and sincere conversations and interactions with Judy and Ricky. We will definitely be back.
