Welcome to LIFE Bucerías 420, by Bay Property & Rentals.

Make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with a view in the morning, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

The apartment is on the fourth floor.
It has a King-size bed and full bathroom and rain shower, a private outdoor furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and induction stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and sweetener for a more pleasant stay.
It also has a large double-size sofa bed, ceiling fans, and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

For your convenience, it has a washing machine inside the apartment. As well as cleaning service once a week (in case of stay for more than a week).

You also have an underground parking space in the building included.
*All units are “Lock-off” style, which means that you can join a studio/apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 2 terraces) with capacity for up to 6-8 guests.

Great Location and. Amenities

First timers in Bucerias so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was so kind and the condo had everything we needed. Quite well appointed and walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We did have a car for longer excursions and had plenty of ease using the garage. We'll definitely stay here again.

Lovely well furnished unit with all of the comforts that you need. Also staff was very helpful and attentive. Truely enjoyed my stay and highly reccomend the place

Room was nice and clean with lots of room for two of us. Located next to lots of restaurants and in the golden zone. Only concern was the hot tub and pool maintenance. Hot tub wasn't kept very clean and there was a lot of chlorine in the pool for obvious reasons.

The Way a Stay Should Be

From start to finish, this rental was smooth. The apt was just the right size with a small kitchen for quick, breakfast and lunch prep. Lovely little balcony over the pool and a great vista at the rooftop bar. The apt was clean and bed comfortable. An overall pleasant stay..
