Exactly as advertised. Small cabin on the water. Everything was in working order. Property was easily accessible. Enjoyed our stay.

Could use better AC , a GOOD deep cleaning. And a general sprucing up.. Furniture is old and a little better than last year but still nowhere near new. Sink was dripping this time last year and still dripping this year. Yes we’ve had this location for the past three years because of location and possibly next year. With a little attention this little cabin could be excellent. For the price it deserves the love.

The place was very nice and in a great location. We did have a few issues upon arriving, but the host was responsive in trying to get them fixed.I would recommend staying here and would go back again.

Everything was perfect for our stay!! The location, the river and especially the coziness of the cabin!!!! Great communication from our host during our stay and check in process was simple!! **Highly recommend!!!

Relaxing, didn't sight see as much as planned, because we enjoyed the river view and sound, we spent most of our time on the porch, instructions from host were clear and pleasant

Check-in information was not sent on a timely basis as check-in was at 3pm and I had to contact host to receive check-in information at 3pm.The view off of the back deck was beautiful! Looked forward to having coffee by the river the next morning, only to find out that the coffee maker was broken. Had to reach out to host to tell her, and she did replace the coffee maker the very same day.The cabin itself needed "sprucing up" as there were cobwebs and looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working properly and by the last night we were there, it stopped entirely, making for a rather warm and uncomfortable night's rest.Despite these criticisms, this cabin has a great view and is located in close proximity to the downtown Bryson City area.The cabin just needs a little "TLC"

The deck by the river was great, early mornings drinking coffee while watching 2 eagles sitting in a dead tree across the river take flight down the river looking for food. Kitchen was adequate, refrigerator small, but did the job for drinks and breakfast items.Comfortable stay for our trip to Bryson City to ride the trains, go to Clingman's Dome, and see the elk for a quick vacation.

great place to stay in bryson city very romantic and quite. This property was in a campground which was i was skeptical at first but it ended up being a very quiet and great experience. Not to mention the river is beautiful.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Very clean little cabin with an amazing view of the river. Had a few things that I messaged the owner about, like toilet seat slipping, kitchen light out and the storm doors lock got stuck when we locked it. Besides that everything was great and we would definitely go again.

Weekend away

My fiancée and I were looking for an affordable escape from the city, and this cabin was exactly what we needed. While we initially hoped it would be a bit more tucked away in the woods, it was incredibly peaceful—and being right on the water was such a treat! The cabin was clean, cozy, and relaxing, and the host was super communicative throughout our stay.
