"The room was excellent. The only issue was the breakfast. Limited choices and scant amounts. Other than that it was a great stay and I would rebook. Loved the checkin and checkout process. It was seamless."

"Never got fresh towels or trash emptied. Bed linens were stained. The rails going up the steps were covered with dry bird crap so there was no way I would touch the rail which made it a hugh fall risk."

"I’ve stayed here before so know the hotel pretty well. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I can’t fault them or the site for, and even though it was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel it didn’t make much difference to our trip. The hotel still has the old name on the sign, which threw me for a moment, but the picture is the same. The rooms need a little bit of work but for what we needed it was good."

"Room was really dirty. Sheets stained. Smelled of cigarettes with burn holes on the bedding. Pool is not functioning right now. Very misleading rooms do not look like the pictures. Also water would not drain after taking a shower. The outside of the property is also very dirty and covered in bird poop. Front desk was friendly and moved us to another room, that was not as bad."

"Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms."

"The property is old, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work well, the pool was dirty and the grounds around the pool were littered with trash. We had to ask for towels daily and were given the bare minimum. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Very pretty hotel, definitely seems to be newer. The room was nice, but had an almost damp feel to it...bed was comfy, or we were just so exhausted we crashed. Shower pressure is low but the shower itself is super nice! Don't get the rooms right near the elevators, you hear the hum of them moving. Overall, I'd stay again, just not close to the elevators."
