"Parking was great no problems "

"Several issues made this a disappointing experience. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, making the bathroom stuffy and unusable. More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We had to request a room change to...

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

"The rooms were okay, plumbing needs some work. the staff was okay, they weren’t rude, just young. Parking was cool, hotel was clean. The breakfast…. Terrible, appliances didn’t work, no real selection how they make it sound and look online. You’re better off going to a diner. "

"The hotel overall is very clean. Any staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We stay there on our way from NY to SC every year and will be staying again on our return trip."

"Great staff and nice and quiet. Had everything needed except there were storage bowl lids but no storage bowls lol. The only issue was the door didn’t close all the way unless you kind of lifted it and pulled it shut so it could be easy to leave your room door ajar if you weren’t careful. Otherwise, this was my second time staying and will definitely stay again. "
