This spacious apartment has a roll-away bed for a third guest and includes reserved parking. Since it is on the Bryan-side of campus, it is centrally located to all things Bryan/College Station. You will love it!

This cute little unit was perfect for my weekend stay for a family wedding. I was so glad to find a pet friendly unit as my boarder was full, and the first floor unit made it easy to take them out for their walks. The fact that the street was lined with streetlights made me comfortable taking the walks at night. I felt like the location was quiet and was easy to get in and out of. I didn't get to use the kitchen since there were so many wedding festivities, but it looked like it was stocked with everything you would need. Randy and Kelly were very responsive and provided thorough instructions. I will definitely look for availability at this unit next time I come to Bryan/College Station to visit family.

College Station - Texas A&M vs LSU

Wonderful Stay! The location was perfect, such a cute place, parking was amazing. We walked to Kyle Field to watch A&M beat LSU! We highly recommend. We had everything we needed for a great weekend stay. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

A&M Visit

Our 17 year old has been touring different colleges. We came to College Station to visit A&M. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. I’m a clean freak and the Brooklyn apartment was amazing! We had an fantastic trip. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Business trip

First off, we made the reservation on the day of our trip and Randall was very accommodating and communicated all details of our stay promptly. Very impressed. The apartment was well equipped and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Our 3 daughters attended A&M and it felt really nice being so close to campus. It brought back so many fond memories. If we ever have the opportunity to come back, I’ll definitely stay here! Whoop and Gig ‘em!

Quick place for the night.

We realized after checking in that we have stayed in other property's owned by these same owners. The place was older, but clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty cold, which is not normal for Texas. The owners were quick to message and offer a solution to the issue. Although we decided to just stay in the rental, since it was one night and we hoped it would warm up it didn't. I think it was due to the building being older. However, I would stay again. The weather does not get that cold on average, and it was a very nice rental. The location was great as well. We have enjoyed the other locations we have rented from this owner. We look forward to staying in one of their properties again!
