Jeg synes dog, det er lidt mærkeligt, at jo bedre værelse man vælger på Hotels.com, jo dyrere bliver morgenmaden – når man alligevel spiser i den samme restaurant. Det giver ikke helt mening for mig. Morgenmaden har fået meget fine anmeldelser, men vi oplevede den som ret almindelig i forhold til, at det er et femstjernet hotel."

Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielleicht gibt es die eine oder andere Unstimmigkeit in der Kommunikation, an welcher man noch arbeiten könnte, aber dennoch sind alle stets bemüht. Unser Zimmer war wundervoll eingerichtet, mit einem sensationellen Blick auf die Alp, viel frische Luft auf dem Balkon und...

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Only a 9 min walk to the train station and lake. Our room was great, no noise from above or below, once we closed the window no traffic noise. Good size bathroom. Fabulous food in the restaurant. Very clean. We stayed for a week and thought it was good value. Breakfasts were a delight to come down to each morning. Highly recommend this hotel. "

What made it special was all the details, from each room names after a waterfall with info to look up, to the little key on a lanyard for our kid, to the water bottles, or to the bubblegum game on the wall. "Das Parken war super, die Zimmer sauber, ruhig und gemütlich, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und in nur 4 Minuten mitten in Luzern, wir haben vom Hotel sogar noch Tickets für kostenlose Bus,- und Bahnfahrt innerhalb einer bestimmten Zone bekommen. Absolut empfehlenswert"
