"Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed."

"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were above standard, with a great selection of healthy and nutritious options. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, we really enjoyed the included boat cruise to downtown Lucerne, it was an amazing experience! Yes, the hotel is expensive, but considering the high-quality breakfast and the beautiful boat ride directly to the center of Lucerne, it was definitely well worth the money."

"Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel auf der Durchreise. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wirklich wunderschön. Einziges Manko ist die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage - in unserem Zimmer waren es etwa 30 Grad und trotz offenem Fenster war es viel zu warm zum Schlafen."

"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"My husband, 20 year old daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations. When we opened the door to our room, the blast of cool air from the air conditioning was so welcome after having many days of sweltering hot and humid days without any AC. Then we turned the corner and our jaws dropped from the views from all windows. What a paradise!!! They had the sofa bed all made up for our daughter and the Swiss chocolates they had left out for us were a luxury. We all slept...

"Would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen..Hanging lights in bedrooms did not work so very difficult to see,& downstairs shower did not work properly. The view from this property was incredible & very peaceful setting.The owners were very friendly & nice. I would suggest the price of the gondola be included in the daily rate. Since we went on daily excursions it got pretty pricy for 7day round trips per person to reach our accommodations. All said we all enjoyed our stay at a beautiful...
