"Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!"

"The front desk employee was rude and wasn’t helpful. He seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t even say welcome or anything like that. Other than that, the hotel was nice."

"The smart alternative to staying inside Nashville. No charge for parking, excellent breakfast and early evening dining. What's not to like? Plus the toilet paper holders were well placed (a noticeable problem at some hotels these days)> Possibly my favorite shower enclosure too!"

"Loved the outside area. Breakfast was a let down elevators were down clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Shampoo was amazing."

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."

"Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling."

Franklin is a great place to stay if you're going to Nashville, you save so much, and the town is great too. So glad we found this place. They actually thanked us for coming..."

"Our room was not clean. And it stunk to high heaven. I had to call the front desk because the shower in the bathroom was stopped up and it was filling up like I was in a bathtub. Then after I used the bathroom and flushed the toilet all the poop came up through the shower drain. I had to close the bathroom door because the bathroom stunk to high heaven. All you could smell is poop coming up from the shower drain. It was gross amd nasty"

"Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue.
