"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"Fräscht boende. Enda anmärkningen var att de hade skruvat upp en grej i badrummet mitt under vår vistelse, utan förvarning eller städ efteråt. Bra område, butik och buss i närheten. Prisvärt! "

"There were no keys when we checked in.
These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom.
The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment. "

"Property was well presented and clean. Only stopped a couple of days but when I needed to know how to turn the shower on, responses were quick and friendly."

"The owner changed us to a larger 2 bed so comments are for this however the location was close in Dale street.
We recently stayed at this delightful two-bedroom flat in the heart of Liverpool and were thoroughly impressed by both the property and its location. The flat boasts a huge kitchen, lounge, and dining area, making it the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining after exploring the city. Both bedrooms are generously sized, providing plenty of space to unwind for our family of four....
